Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged in transit, defective, or not as described.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and the invoice.
- Report issues to our support email with photos within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/defective items.
Non-returnable cases
Products with used/installed ink or consumables, or damage caused by misuse, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
- Refund timelines after our processing depend on your bank/payment provider.
Manufacturer warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims after the return window are handled through the manufacturer's authorised service network.
